David Peter Stroh


David Peter StrohDavid Peter Stroh is a founding partner of Bridgeway Partners and was a co-founder of Innovation Associates, the pioneering consulting firm in the area of organizational learning. His expertise lies in visionary planning, leadership development, systems thinking, organization design, and change management. He focuses on helping diverse stakeholders align around a common purpose and integrate their thinking to improve individual and collective performance.


Mr. Stroh is committed to bringing business discipline to the social sector and social consciousness to the business sector.


His corporate clients have included senior management teams, business managers, and internal consultants in such companies as British Petroleum, Shell, Gillette, Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Coca Cola, Digital Equipment Corporation, Amalgamated Bank of South Africa, Woolworths UK, and AT&T. He has also consulted to the Singapore Police Force, World Bank, U.S. National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Georgia Department of Human Resources, City of Boston, American Diabetes Association, National Urban League, and Pew Charitable Trusts.


Mr. Stroh is a charter member of the global Society for Organizational Learning, a Fellow at the Conflict Management Group, and a frequent speaker at the annual Systems Thinking in Action Conference. His publications include:

Mr. Stroh was a National Science Foundation Fellow at MIT, where he earned an M.A. in City Planning. He also graduated Summa cum Laude with degrees in Civil Engineering and Urban Studies from the University of Michigan.
