OUR APPROACH

Systems Coaching for Personal Mastery™ applies systems theory to your individual learning to help you increase self awareness, accountability and effectiveness. We use the systems thinking "iceberg" model of Events, Patterns, Structure and Mental Models to identify those patterns of thinking and behavior that are self limiting and those that open you to creativity and coherent action. We also employ the four player and four archetypes models to help you identify strengths and areas for improvement in your conversation and communication skills. We work with the creativity orientation to help you articulate and manifest your vision.

Coaching can be on a session by session basis or you may design your own discounted coaching package.


ABOUT THE COACHES

Seed Systems primary coaches Sara Schley and Joe Laur are both certified Shadow Work Coaches. They are the co-founders and stewards of the SoL Sustainability Consortium and authors of several publications on learning and sustainability. Both have served on the SoL Council. Sara is a member of the faculty of the SoL Core Competencies course in Organizational Learning. Sara has been coaching executives in organizational learning since 1993 and has a specialty in coaching women as co-founder and leader of the Women in Power program. Joe has a specialty in coaching men, having been a leader in the Mankind project for 15 years and has coached executives for 9 years. Sara and Joe run their own business, Seed Systems Inc, are parents of toddler twins plus a few more grown kids, and have been married for close to a decade (but who is counting). Both have their own personal coaches and love the coaching process.
